I'm selling my Charter Membership at Club Spring Mountain (Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club), about an hour west of Las Vegas. The club has more than 9 miles of track across dozens of configurations including Charleston Peak, a members' clubhouse, a pool, a lake, garages, on-site Radical service, a members-only race series and open lapping. My business has relocated, so I'd like to pass it to someone who will use it. The club's price for a new Charter membership is $100,000 plus $7,500 in annual dues. Asking $85,000, and I pay the transfer fee. The buyer joins on the club's current Charter terms and pays first-year dues directly to the club.
