**Welded Subframe Reinforcement Installed**
I have owned this car since 2016. It was my daily for several years and I slowly upgraded it over time to become a track day/HPDE/autocross car.
The Good:
-Runs and drives excellent. I have driven it 4+ hours to the track multiple times and would do it again in a heartbeat. It is a trustworthy car and amazing on track, but not a comfortable daily.
-All oil and coolant leak issues have been addressed including the coolant expansion tank, coolant lines, CCV, oil filter housing gasket, etc.
-Clean title and registration in my name.
-Turner subframe reinforcement plates were welded in 2021 by Wildfire Engineering in Morgantown. This was done as a preventative measure. Only 1 *very* small harline crack was visible in the unibody once the subframe was dropped and the coating was sanded off. Most of the early E46 coupes weren't so lucky.
-All bushings in the rear suspension have been replaced. Subframe bushings are urethane, all others are OEM or Meyle HD.
-Front control arms and bushings have been replaced
-Differential bushings, guibo, and center support bearing have been replaced
-Bayside Fabrication bolt-in roll bar
-Bimarco Cobra II racing seats
-RacerDirect 5 point harnesses (need re-certified)
-MOMO Etna 17" wheels with Dunlop Sportmax tires (2023)
-Solo Werks Coilovers
-Powerstop Evolution Sport brakes (New Powerstop Track Day pads included with sale)
-ECS Stainless brake lines
-eBay catless headers
-K&N intake
-Brand new battery
-Takata airbags recall has been completed
The Bad:
-The car has lived outside most of its life and it shows. The plastic trim around the windows is cracking and paint is a little faded in places
-The drivers side door was backed into by a guy driving a camper (45 minutes after I bought the car in 2016...) The door was replaced with a used one from LKQ in the factory color
-I hit a deer with it in 2019. The damage was minimal but worth mentioning. I had to replace the headlight. the hood and fender had to be straighted and painted. Core support and radiator were fine. I have photos I can send to serious buyers.
-Interior is pretty rough. The racing seats are in great shape, but otherwise the interior is 3/10.
-Sunroof opens and closes but the shade is broken.
-Battery tray has some rust. some water leaks into it and I haven't been successful finding out from where. The car is rust free otherwise.
-There is a clunk noise in the rear end when clutch is released. (Possibly it needs another set of diff bushings)
-CEL is on with an O2 sensor code. The car does not have cats
-The car has been having issues with the gauge cluster recently. The speedometer stopped working, followed by the tachometer the other day. I will try to have this fixed before it is sold.
