SCCA log book annual tech to be done 1/2025. Raced in ITC in the 2010’s, upgraded to HP in 2018. Only raced in Florida at Homestead Miami Speedway, Moroso, and Sebring. Can be raced in H and F Production. Current engine is for F Production.

BODY AND GAUGES: Retains DASHBOARD to comply with SVRA racing. Body is solid with eight point roll cage that extends into door cavities; doors are gutted. Adjustable Kirky racing seat (bolted six places) and Sabelt brand 2” cam lock belts good until 1/2028. Body re-painted in 2022; paint has some very minor bubbling. Fiber glass hood and trunk lid. Lexan front, rear and side windows. Standard gauges – tach (with rev limiter via MSD), oil, water, voltage and AFR. Window net. Front Bob Sharp spoiler with added front skirt.

ENGINE: SSS, 12:1 compression with approximately 10 hours since 6/2024. Spare complete running engine, 30 hours with 10:1 compression. Dual Weber 40 DCOE carbs with 34 mm chokes on Canon intake. Recently rebuilt by Redline Weber. Spare set of Weber carbs with 34 mm chokes. Complete Weber jetting kit. Carbs are about 5 years old both sets rebuilt 2024. Current AFR at WOT is 12.1. Fuel lines are ANR fittings. Oiling bar for cam installed in cam cover. ARP bolts head to block. Header - Four into two into one 2 ¼” exhaust. Muffler is a straight through – no bends). Datsun 280 Z high pressure oil pump and Accusump 2 quart system. Two spare blocks.
SUSPENSION: DP Racing adjustable coilovers front and rear. Adjustable Koni shocks front and rear. Datsun 280Z front coil overs with shaved front brake calipers to accommodate 13” wheels. Ermish racing lower fully adjustable control arms, 1” risers and TC rods in front. Alignment by Apex alignment in 2023. Futofab rear ball bearing half shafts, lighter than stock and thinner so less rotating mass. DP Racing steering box and idler arm brackets. Sway bars - 1” front, ¾” rear, and a front adjustable cross member. DP Racing Delrin bushings in the rear A arms.
WHEELS AND TIRES. Four sets of wheels and tires: six (6) 7” X 13” Panasport with Hoosier 225/45/13” A7 mounted 1/2025. Set of four (4) Hoosier R 7 H2O rain tires (2022) never used, on Minilite type wheels. Three 14” wheels with 205/60/13 Hoosier R7, four (4) Dunlop 185/60/14 semi rain tires (for flat towing/tow dolly). Seven (7) Genuine 14” Datsun Z Minilite wheels; four have Bob Sharp center caps. Ninety (90) mm studs installed all four wheels with two spare studs.
BRAKES: 280 Z Ferodo brake pads, modified dust shield with brake ducting, speed bleeders front and rear. Adjustable brake bias in cockpit.
FUEL CELL – Eight (8) gallon ATL fuel cell installed 2018, good for 45 minute races, purchased and installed 2018. Carter low pressure and high volume fuel pump as recommended by Redline Weber for Weber carbs. New cell foam installed 2/2025.
ROLL CAGE: Eight point with bars recessed into the doors for add driver protection.
DIFFERENTIALS: In the car, a R 160 limited slip 3.90. A spare LS 4.11. Both have new seals and new synthetic oil.
TRANSMISSION: Datsun Z 4 speed.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Master kill switch, switch box (ignition, alternator, fuel pump, cool shirt, blower and engine fan), Ermish heavy duty starter, Petronix ignition. Honda 5 lb battery with quick connect charger. Charging cord included.
