Dart’s PRO1 LS 12° LS7 aluminum cylinder heads take performance to the next level. These ported cylinder heads offer much higher performance and more versatility than factory designs. This 12° based high performance cylinder head has better airflow, more efficient combustion chambers and more user friendly features than production LS castings. The Dart PRO1 cylinder head retains stock valve angles, stock valve locations and stock valve train mounting with dowel holes to make installation easy and durable. Both standard and Jesel rocker confirgurations are available.
We purchase these Dart 1106100 castings and finish-machine them on our state-of-the art CNCs. The proprietary port designs we impart with our Rottler 5-axis CNC are not the same as Dart's or any other vendor's. Our Newen CNC seat and guide machine does valve jobbing and bowl blending in a single operation. As can be seen in this ad's video, the Newen's CNC precision simply cannot be matched with traditional seat & guide machines and hand blending. As engine builders, we see firsthand how well our port designs are working on the dyno. That too gives us a big edge over pure head porters.
