Has anyone used those 'self-check' tools on betting sites? Do they help?

Been seeing some "self-check" tools popping up on betting sites lately. I'm a bit skeptical, but curious if anyone has actually used them and found them helpful? Are they genuinely insightful, or just a superficial attempt by sites to appear responsible? Are these tools even useful, or just fluff?

I've tried them a couple of times, and honestly, I think they might be a good starting point for some people. The first step in any change is recognition, and if tools like 1xBet responsible betting actually help you see your own behaviour from another angle – that’s a positive! I thought it was mostly common-sense questions, but maybe that's just because I have been around the block for some time, so this is now second nature to me. So it depends on how much experience you have.

One observation is that the perceived usefulness of these self-check tools could depend heavily on the user's level of self-awareness and honesty. Someone who is already reflecting thoughtfully on their betting habits may find limited value in a standardized questionnaire, while someone who is less introspective may gain valuable insights.
