I have the cancelled check and our recorded dialogue.

I NEVER claimed the package did not ship. It certainly could've been although that receipt is not worth the paper it's printed on.

My issue is that he thinks I should wait for HIS grievance to get paid. He hired the post office, not me. I assumed "ground" meant UPS. Now he claims he will only pay me what he gets back, if and when, that is wrong. He is the seller on record but will not take responsibility.

Had I known of such incompetance I would have issued a call tag via my UPS account and been done with it, live and learn I guess.
