Dear Car Club Members and Enthusiasts,
Greetings from Discover Staples! We are excited to invite your club to participate in the Staples Railroad Days Car Show 2026, hosted by the Staples Motley Area Women of Today. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your vehicles and be part of one of our community’s most anticipated annual celebrations.
Car Show Details:
Date: Saturday, August 22, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Downtown Staples, Staples, Minnesota 56479
Registration:
Pre-registration postmarked by Wednesday, August 5th: $15 per vehicle
Pre-registration after August 5th: $20 per vehicle
Day-of registration is also welcome starting at 10:00 AM; vehicles must be in place by 10:45 AM.
Please make checks payable to Staples Motley Area Women of Today.
Participation is simple — just pay the vehicle registration fee and bring your car to display. There are no fundraising requirements or additional commitments on your part. Spectators attend free of charge, so you’ll have a great audience to enjoy your vehicles throughout the day.
Registration fees support the Staples Motley Area Women of Today, whose fundraising efforts give back directly to the local community through scholarships, holiday meals, graduating senior recognition, and monthly service projects.

The car show is one highlight of Railroad Days, Staples’ week-long community celebration drawing around 5,000 attendees and widely regarded as the region’s must-not-miss late summer event. With live bands, a vendor show, a free Kid Zone, fireworks, and much more filling the week, your club’s vehicles will have a large and enthusiastic audience all day long.
