Deluxe Enclosed Car Haulers are 8’6″ at the outside of the fender lip with a full 96″ of usable width inside the trailer. The main frame and tongue are 6×2 rectangular tubing. On Deluxe Car Haulers, cross members and wall studs are on 16″ centers. The aluminum skin is .030 for increased durability. The roof upgrades to one piece, all aluminum for long roof life with no leaks. We use all tubing wall posts for maximum frame durability – no hat posts or z-posts. The floor is 3/4″ Dry Max with 3/8″ Plywood or Dry Max walls. The coupler is a 2 5/16″ a-frame with an upgraded front crank jack. An RV-style factory made side door with piano hinge and “slam latch” is standard on this model line. All LED lighting is included on this model.
