1986 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 IROC project car, clean title, set up as a drag‑race build, but still at the perfect stage to change directions to oval racing or even a restoration. Rust‑free car with an excellent body, black paint with flame design on the hood and front fenders.
Freshly rebuilt high‑performance 305 small‑block with a high‑rise intake and dual Holley 4‑barrel carbs. All factory components that weren’t needed for racing have been removed and replaced with racing‑focused parts. New clutch and rebuilt manual transmission. Stock rear end. Original IROC wheels.
Inside, it has a custom race control panel that operates the fuel pump, water pump, ignition, and lights, plus a full set of gauges. A small race fuel tank is in the trunk, the battery relocated to the trunk, and the original gas tank has been removed. One original driver seat is installed; the interior is otherwise stripped and ready for race or custom interior work.
The car will start, run, and move under its own power, but the brake system is not finished, so it does not currently stop and must be trailered. No cage has been installed yet, so the next owner can choose how to finish it for their preferred type of racing or a street/restore build.
Clean title in hand. This is a solid, rust‑free IROC that gives you a big head start on a 1/8 or 1/4‑mile drag car, or a great base for another direction.
