The upgraded engine in the photo set is designed for Drag & Drive running pump gas on the street and alcohol at the track. As shown in this ad's video, it did 1,165 hp running Renegade E112. Weight was critical, so it has a Brodix aluminum block. Its Callies Magnum crank and Ultra rods are there to take a serious beating.
Key common parts of the two versions are the custom Diamond pistons and Dart Pro1 heads CNC ported on our 5-axis. A COMP hydraulic roller cam and Jesel Pro rockers control the valvetrain.
The video shows a polished 8-71 blower from The Blower Shop with an Alkydigger birdcatcher. Other options are available. Engine management is handles by the included Holley Dominator as in the video. Another option is a FuelTech engine management system which is comparable in cost but offers a different set of benefits and features.

2 All BRE engines are individually dyno tested and tuned. Customers will be supplied with video of their engine's dyno along with the dyno and build sheets.
3 Dyno results on the same engine are influenced by atmospheric conditions. The same engine can easily test +/- 2% different on horsepower depending upon ambient conditions. The engine you receive will have completed its dyno session at no less than 98% of rated horsepower with the tune we provide.
