This is a used Black & Decker Super Surface Valve Refacer. It is in good working order, it has been in storage for the last 15 years. Comes with a Electric Valve Seat Grinder, with some pilots and stones. The grinder brand is Thor, which is early Black and Decker, it uses the Black and Decker Stones.
