I often use Apple Pages to create notes, reports, and other documents, but sharing them with people who don't use Apple devices can sometimes be difficult. That's why I usually prefer converting finished documents into PDF. While searching for a simple solution, I found pages to pdf . It looks like a convenient option for preparing files that can be opened on almost any device. Does anyone else convert Pages documents before sharing them? I'm curious whether the formatting and images are preserved correctly.

PDF is definitely one of the most practical formats for exchanging documents. I like that the layout generally stays the same regardless of the device or operating system. It also makes printing much easier because you don't have to worry as much about differences between text editors.

I think online converters are especially useful for occasional tasks. Not everyone wants to install additional software just to change a file format. I would recommend checking the converted document before sending it, particularly when it contains tables, images, or unusual fonts.
