BTW are you an LLC or a Sole Proprietorship for tax purposes? And you are reporting the gain(s) between book and market on all your deals correct? If its a trade you roll the gain or profit into the value of the new item that you are taking into inventory.

You are reporting everything for tax purposes correct? Or if you are not old enough to do a return, I guess that would be your parents, and given the Service is embarking on an increased number of audits both at the Corporate and Individual level, its important to make sure all your records are in order.

What are you talking about theres no business just a name and if you didn't notice midsouthhotrodz is totally different from Midsouth Hotrodz & Kustomz and my dad just graduated from welding so I came up with a new name Burnskustomz & Wleding or BurnsKustomz for short and is it any of yours or anybody's business of my legal or personal records and no it isn't!! Thats what I thought and I never sale anything on RJ just post ads never sold anything never had anyone to buy from me over RJ mostly Craigslist and I hardly sale on it or I also use Mautofied!!! And the relationship is something called a friendship if you know what that means why are you even talking about me for 1. I have never scammed anyone and don't plan on it!! 2. I'd like it if you'd quit referring as if me and James, Jason or any of them are kin!! 3. I asked this man for proof that it was a 305 or 406 and you and him try to change the subject on me like I have done something wrong!! and 4. seth, take it easy here, scorp is trying to give you some advice & information here. you have to be carefull when using assumed names for a number of reasons. to use assumed names in most state you have to file with the state that you are in and see if someone else is using that name, failure to do so can get you sued big time if the holder of that registered name finds out . if you like any of those names file for a sole proprietorship and its yours. I have to pay an franshise fee in order to keep my corporate name. ya just have to be carefull of these things

I have to tell you, eventually someone is going to get tired of you saying "but I'm only 15". You come in here trying to act like a man, you are not. Simply because you are 15, your knowledge of cars and life in general is limited to say the least. Sometimes it is much better to stay quiet and observe. It is much easier to learn with your mouth closed and your ears open.

More importantly, please note;YOU are not invincible! We all thought we were at 15, I promise, you are not. You may wind up pissing off some nutjob that REALLY wants to make it personal. Times are tough, stress levels of folks are very high in this economy, folks might not be so willing to let some things roll off their backs as easily in better times. Don't be a target for someones anger, it may boil over.

I am nearly 50 Seth, I have raised four boys, there isn't a damn thing I haven't seen from kids, and am quite familiar with their limitations at 15. Do not take this as a dress down, it is not intended to be. I am just not real good at sugar coatings.

Go ahead and talk crap to Scorp about the legal ramifications of trading/selling ANYWHERE. When you bring down the gauntlet from someone you have pissed off, expect your parents to have to suffer too. Afterall, they are responsible for you, you are only 15. What I mean is, you wouldn't be the first guy turned into the IRS for possibly "cooking the books". Guess who they turn to when you are verified as being a minor?

You said the car ran 5.90 it went 8.80 and btw 8.80 was the best it ran. you set it up. i did not change anything. as for as money, I told you I sold some stuff saturday that was when I was gonna send you some money and Sat id TNT it only cost $5.00 to race the car. not like I spent alot of money, You are right I am not a big drag racer but I have raced quite a few cars and I know how to push the gas and move a shifter. I had about 10 people look at it at the track that races every weekend and they all had different opions but they all said something was diffently wrong with the car. I never told you nothing about Florida muscle. Yes they had the van, Anthony gave you the name of the guys he got it from. I don't understand why you just keep on. As for as midsouthhotrodz being littlehotrod. Everyone on this fourm knows who littlehotrod is and they have pics of him and he is not 15 years old. So again you just keep trying to start something. Like I said in my last message I am done with this. Good luck. Again like I said all you would have had to do is handle this like an adult and it would have been over by now.
