Sometimes it just about the big W hanging there above the car.

Curtis

Two day race this weekend. Sunday is my birthday so a big ol' W would go just fine with cake.

Thanks Brian, he is home safe and sound for at least the next 6 months. My son-in-law just returned from Kuwait a week ago. He is a senior airman. We had them all home Monday night for a cookout and my baby son proposed to his girlfriend in front of everyone . It was a blessed evening for sure.

Those are some great pictures that photog got of your burnout. Looking at those shots with the front end off the ground I would think you would go at least 240.

Good luck on the build Dirka, that's half the fun to me. See y'all at the track.

Yeah I know you have the big sense of humor. thats hwy I couldnt resist saying that. LOL I also knew you were running the 1/8th mile. To scared to run the 1/4?? :P :P I was home for the month of April and now I am back in Afghanistan. Saving up that money to get that Stang going. I found a place to get the new cage and chassis redone and then I should be ready to get the motor and tranny built for it.

As for your time I seen someone that went 4.40 in the 1/8th and on the 1/4 he went a 6.60. He had the same setup on the 1/4 as he did on the 1/8th. that might give you an idea of how fast you can be in the 1/4.
