O'Bozo refuses to "Negotiate" but that is exactly why the Government is structured as it is. The Executive Office must "Negotiate" with both houses of Congress as must those houses "negotiate" with each other. It was done this way to prevent ONE Entity from acquiring singular power, which is what O'Bozo has been attemp[ting to do by bypassing Congress so many times in the last 6 years by "Executive Order" and not having to present a Budget to Congress . . . Harry Reid and O'Bozo have declaired that we are in a "Republican Forced Government Shut down". As RoadKill said, the executive office has done nothing to resolve this, therefore the
uninformed believe that this is an attact on their beloved (but only 1/2) black president. So guess who the biased media is going to do? Yep - you're right!!
