As I have said before, I refuse to use them. There is simply no way that I would ever give them the right to make decisions, with regard to claims.

What happens when the entity with the most to lose is put in the position to mediate or make the final decision on a case? They find for the party which eliminates or reduces their liability.

Paypal reserves the right to decide who is right and who is wrong; remember that when you sign up. You have given them ultimate power.

And when you say "you have never had a problem with Paypal", don't forget to add "yet" to the end of the sentence.

BTW- does providing all of your info including banking information to an outfit that only exists on-line make you feel good when you think about it? LOL

A USPS MO, with a stamp and a delivery confirmation and I keep all my personal information, plus I get to determine who is right and wrong and what action to take including filing a claim. Sounds like a good deal to me
