i never sent him the rockers and i never cashed his check. i sent it back to him for i did not ask for a check i asked for a money order from wal-mart.he also said that he sent the check and was then returned to him by the post office and that took 4 weeks as well and then he sent another check and it got here while i was away working for 3 weeks so i did not get it until then. but when i opened it up it was a Bank Cashiers check and he did not do as my instructions had said to do on the merchandise he had wanted.i had said a mobey order from walmart or cash not a bank cashiers check i do not take those for u can't cash them you have to wait 10 days for it to clear.so all in all i did not scam him for if i had i would have cashed that cashiers check at a check cashing center that would have charged 10% to cash it and i would have kept the money and run. so he got his check back with a letter also and i told him that he should have never wrote that about me as well. the check was never even endorsed by me to show i had no intentions of even trying to cash it. thanks for the info.joey
