I havent made a pass yet its a new motor looking to go through the traps 7000-7500. I run both 1/8 and 1/4 mile. I was told with the 4:56 it would be a dog out of the hole, just wondering if I should go up or down with the gear.
Thanks in advance.
With that much engine, it shouldn't be a dog out of the hole with 4.56 gears and that tire size.
Remember that milder gears can control tire spin, which in turn could help it out of the hole with quicker 60 foot times... especially with that much converter leaving on the transbrake.
