looks like a dirt car to me...find the nearest dirt circle track near you and go there everytime they are racing and get a pit pass...talk to every racer that will talk to you and you never what good info you will pick up.
you might find one that needs a little help in the pits for the learning...you don't just buy any kind of race car and go racing and be sucessful at it...you have to start at the bottom and work your way up.
