Josh, I do say get rid of the 1.82 but we have never tried to run them before, have just seen them break on other people. We do run the stock 1.76 gearsets in our cars. Nova at 2700lbs- 720hp, dragster w/BBC 1800lbs runs 8.30's, my roadster 2150 runs 9.90's. Hundreds of passes and only broke one set in the last ten years, that was in the dragster and it sees the most runs and is the quickest.
