Sure beats using an old block over.

You guys must be using fixtures for your bore true (BHJ) and if thatt is like the set we used before the CNC Machine we bought it DOES not correct from intake to exhaust which is the important location and not from front to rear which the BHJ does.

After machining them with the CNC machine over the fixtures the CNC is much more accurate from what we have seen.


We have the ability to probe the blocks out for cam tunnel location, lifter bore location, cylinder location in X and Y locations, deck heights and cylinder bore size.

On the SHP block we found the locations to be very accurate
