im guessing a hydraulic roller.you can ask udharold here on the forum about cam selection.hes very knowledgeable on cam selection.as far as heads try to go no bigger than 320 cc for a street/strip head.lots of them out there.check ebay(DONT BUY USED PARTS!!!)PATRIOT HEADS ARE GETTING ATTENTION.afr heads are always on top of my list but lil pricey.but remember you get what you pay for!!!!keep it fairly simple and if you wanna lil more you can always throw a lil spray in her.good luck,russ
