What questions should you ask a care agency to understand the quality of its services
Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out the best way to get help for my dad who’s been struggling at home lately. He still wants to stay in his house in Philly, but laundry, meals, and just getting around the house are becoming harder for him to manage on his own. We’ve talked about hiring someone, but I’m not even sure what the right kind of help is called or what questions I should be asking. If someone here has worked with a caregiver before, what should I expect and how did you start the search?
