Can anyone please tell me what this is?

My uncle left me the two cars in my profile pictures and I need to know what the red one is. I watched him build the yellow 235 Nostalgia Drag Racer but he bought the red one and tucked it away in his garage. They are both for sale but I need to learn more about them before I can put a price tag on them. I wish I had room to keep them but I just don't.
