Keep the duration to around
[email protected] on intake and 10 to 12 more on exhaust with your current converter. Run your LSA around 112 with NOS. Determine your lift by figuring the coilbind height on you springs (use the retainer for measurments, it may change the actual). Add .060 to .080 for clearance. Then subtract this from you seat height. This is where you want your VALVE lift (including difference from higher ratio rockers). You can go slightly less, but no more on lift.
