I spoke to ******** and she told me they finally got their dragster. She is as mad as I am. She also said she saw ours in the back and it is crated.
My gut tells me you just don't have the money to ship it and don't have the money to return to us. So before we proceed with the civil suit (and yours will include interstate fraud because we used FedEx to send the check and lots of other good stuff with the Postmaster) we propose to meet you halfway. Meet us halfway with the dragster and we can solve this problem. This weekend. Anywhere between Frederick, MD and Trinity, AL. Knoxville, Bristol, Johnson City, you name it, we will meet you and pick it up. My dad, the attorney, says to give you this last chance and it will look even better in court that we gave you every opportunity to fix this. I hope you will. Call today or we will begin filing the suit on Friday afternoon.
