you might have problems finding this product off the shelf..
but you have an easy problem to solve..
take the orginal door panel and trace out a pattern on the sheet metal you wish to use....if you have no door panel ..then get yourself a large piece of card board and make you a pattern..

if you want the designs in the sheet metal..all you have to do is find any sheet metal shop with a bead roller and make whatever design you want.
you can order these rollers from harbour freight for less than $100.00..
