Scorpion Rockers and lifters are junk
 

Had a set of scorpian lifters destroy a new SBF 442 CI motor There was trash in the lifter and it made the lifter sieze in the bore. Ruined the afr 225 head and 2 pistons and hurt the dart iron eagle block My builder bought another set and they had rust on them fresh out of the box. He sent them back and got another set new with rust on them. Scorpion will not stand behind there products and wont take responsibility for anything DONT buy their junk

seized lifter in bore . 99.99% its the builder fault

The motor ran for several Dyno pulls and trips around town

If it made pulls and trips around town then it was not the lifter. It would have gone out a lot sooner than that. Chances are there was something left in the block from the machine shop or the lifters were not sized properly.
