rpm help
 
what kind of rpm's will i turn through the taps with the set up im looking to go with
76 camaro about 3400 lbs with driver
mild sbc with STOCK bottom end mild cam 477/477 lift and268/268 durration
1.94/1.5 heads milled for 9.3:1
th350
3200 stall
4.88 gears (open to suggestions for best results) but looking to stay higher to get off line decent
29x12.5 mt sportsmans

stock bottom end 350 with mild set up just looking for what the rpm's will be at the end of the 1/4 mile im willing to push this thing to the absolute limit but will 4.88's be to much i can get a set cheap

(BUY IT,BUILD IT,BREAK IT, AND REPEAT)

I had a stock 350 with a 470 lift cam
turbo 350 3600 b&m convertor
4:86 gears went through the finish at 5800
on a 29 tall slick
no I dont think the 4:88 would be to low
I would quess your rpms will be 5700-6300

my blazer with that combo at 3180 with driver went 12.70's and last time I raced it with that motor the moon was lined up perfect ran 12.38 and a 12.52 that day
