Reed Cam Identification

Machine shop lost my cam card.I was wondering if maybe somebody had a Reed cam catalog or something to give me some numbers on this cam.It has these numbers on the end....

M5011
530086
P288-296R-SA

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Its a brand new cam.Would be a shame not to be able to use it.Thanks Rick

If the 288 is intake duration and the 296 is exhaust duration at .050" lift, that is a very radical camshaft and would need to go in a big engine and a light car.
What are you using it for?

It was for a circle track car with alot of gear and 370 ci. @2400lbs

Those duration figures must be for .020" lift, not .050", if it was ground for a stock car.
