best raidiator for chevy street car
 
who makes the best radiator or best value considering price
for chevy 31 inch 2.25 width wide chevy camaro street car/ road racing track car without built in transcooler
I see alot that all cos around 150 to 200 dollars
summit, griffin, be cool, or ?

Griffin and Be-Cool are good ones but I'm sure the summit unit is probably one or the other anyway.

I wouldn't be afraid to put a "generic" aluminum radaitor in it, so long as it is fully welded, meaning no epoxy.

I've a Ron Davis in Miss DD and it's a real nice piece. I believe the $120 units are RD's also just branded for Speedway

My opinion. Stock replacement from advance.(if available??). Factory style can be repaired and saved($$$$) at a later date. ALOT of aluminum radiators are not fully welded,rather the tanks are epoxied on. Epoxy likes to loosen when exposed to welding making repairs impossible. Just something to consider. BTW aluminum is a heat sink, not a heat release. Copper/brass actually cools better.
