th400 help
 

i just put in b&m forward manual valve body in th400 when shifts it is at 7000 rpm it doesnt shift all the time it has a mind of its own when it does shift has soon has you let of from the throttle it shifts dwn to 2 gear its like its stuck in 1st gear it wont do any thing intill in its around 7000 rpm then it will jump to 2 then drive at has soon has you let of it jumps to 2 then 1 gear with out moving the shifter i have a 3500 stall and a 515 bbc

Did you install the plug in place of the vaccum modulator valve? If so try puttin the modulator back but don't connect the vaccum line. Let me know what happens. :?

How was it acting before the manual valve install? If it was acting fine then I'd be calling the manufacture of the valvebody to see what they have to say..They I would think have seen this happen before.
