Smokin72 is Mark Anthony Huelskamp from o'fallon,Mo. He got me kicked off yesterday for running ads about him and just letting people know to go to the forums before you buy from him. His username borninusa has been kicked off but he can use his name with different usernames and that's ok. I know there's 2 sides to every story but with all the shit i've read about him who could believe he's the victim. SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET HIM OFF THIS SITE. OR maybe all the honest people need to move to another site. I think racing junk has forgotten that honest racers are who made there site what it is today!

It's simple... you file the lawsuit, you take him to court, you get him found guilty on fraud and theft charges, you get the court docs and then send them into RJ. They will then review to see if they have enough info to cover themselves when removing the individual from the site without risk of a lawsuit against them.

It really does suck but PJ and the crew have to protect themselves against these types of lawsuits and that is 100% smart business. That is why you have the user forums with a feedback and scammer "watch" section.

Another member on here has already done that and he is still on here selling or should I say taking peoples money.

Then it must have been the determination by RJ and it's advisors that there was not enough information to remove the user. That said, it is possible that the user's name was originally removed but the user has created a new user account using different information. With a site this large and the volume of users coming in daily, it is near impossible to catch everything.

I know its a big site, but it started small. The things they did in the beginning included paying attention to details like this. They need to be informed and take action. No one can fault them for being cautious legal wise, but they have to police this site or we will all suffer. If the guy was found guilty, they should verify he is the same guy and then take immediate action and continue putting him off here any time he is reported back on here.

I think I read in another post that he doesnt keep assets in his name to avoid judgement settlement.

Perhaps he avoided the ban by getting a friend to set up the account for him. If you can prove Marky Mark is using a profile set up under another name to run a scam, then you got him.

Email PJ and ask if these names are huelskamp. If you have an email with a phone number that can be traced to him through an intellius search and its the same on the account, and the accounts in a different name, you got him.

My guess is that this is how he dodges the RJ Police.

I talked to 2 different people at rj's office this week. They know mark still has 2 usernames in his name Mark Huelskamp that are working. The only one turned off by them is borninusa under Anthony Huelskamp. As far as smokin72 i'm guessing it's under someone elses name. And to verify it's him all they have to do is look at the messages he sent across racing junk to me threatening to whip my a!! Again from smokin72. If that's not good enough and they doubt what everybody says about him maybe one of them should call the phone # on his ads. It's not that hard to verify who it is. I even told them they should run a banner on there site telling people to go the forums and type that persons name in before sending money. If I had known about the forums before this I wouldn't have got ripped off

I just wanted to let everyone know that we would love to take anyone off the site that isn't playing by the rules, legal or ethical. I can't really discuss someones account in detail with anyone, but a while back there was a case brought forth to us that found Mr. Huleskamp to be guilty in a court of law, that is well documented in these forums, and every account with his name on it has been disabled.

This is standard procedure. However this tread is about this other person "smokin72" I have to say other person because on our end of things it is. It is under a different name and email address, it doesn't have the same IP address, so we cannot determine (at this point) who is behind the account, nor can we investigate who it is. If we get the same paperwork as earlier, that he has been found guilty, we can remove the account, again. But right now we need some legal proof

Pj could also look at the messages smokin72 sent me on here. He replied to one of the ads I ran about him before they kicked me off. So it's obviously him. Now will they do anything? Probably not i've already wasted my time trying to explain it over the phone and get the same answer. Need court documents. Maybe racingjunk should start throughing money towards attorney fees to take him to court just to prove he's using smokin72 because you not going to get anything else out of it.

I think RJ is misunderstood. They are a host... they run a free classified section here... among other things. They can't be responsible for every 2-bit internet scammer.... they run free classified ads... they are no more responsible than a local newspaper is for a scam???? Why do so many people try to make them the scapegoat???

For one he's not running a free ad. He's a member that has 5 ads running right now. Maybe you should read a little more about what's been going on with him. He's been kicked off under other usernames for scamming. So with that being said again he should be removed from the site when they are notified. Instead they do nothing and keep letting him get away with it on here! Maybe if he scams you, you will see things differently.

2 things. There are site rules. In your "proof", and I am not doubting you, but I don't see smokin72 going by either Mark or Anthony. So, while I know you are 'sure' it is in fact the person, if you are wrong and RJ shuts them down by taking your word for it, you won't be the one held liable.

2nd site rule is it clearly states in the main page rules when you sign up, that you can NOT run adds like the ones you got 'booted' for.

To start off with if we all agreed we wouldn't be on here typing all this sh!t back in forth. Right after I post the whole conversation between smokin72 and me mytmouz says he can't find smokin72 going by either name. Already posted on here it's not under his name. Lively says make sure that person is who you say it is sharks bite both ways. So yeah your going to get smartazz comments. Sorry it's obvious to me and other people what I say is true or I would've never started this post.
For what I excepted was nothing. I don't expect you to get my money back or a tranny. I already know nothing will come of this. He already has judgement against him so the legal system doesn't work either.

What I was hoping to do with this is to let people know everything that happened and maybe they could learn from my mistakes.
And to clear up this i'm not using racing junk is a scapegoat. They have plenty of proof in black and white smokin72 is Mark Huelskamp. Like the headline says racing junk does nothing about scammers. I'm not trying to hold them responsible for what happen to me but if the same guy scams someone else with that username after all the info I gave them then yeah I think they should be held responsible. It doesn't take a college graduate or a investigator to figure out that what i've posted on here backs what i've said!

Again, I am fairly sure that RJ's lawyers have looked at everything. Like PJ said, the names different, the address is different and even the IP address is different. I dont think an email corespondence is enough to shut down someones account but I am not a lawyer. No one is disputing that, and as you note this is the Scammer Section of a public forum; so you are encouraging feedback and should be prepared to answer questions.

When you have guys who did not get burned but are expressing interest in your issue and are inclined to help, there is no need to lash out at them.

And if you are savvy enough to post on an internet forum, then you are responsible for the ettiquette. All caps equals shouting- Harbone's point is right on as well.

And by the way Gentlemen, dont assume that we dont care; I looked all over the web for info on JohnnyRocket a long time ago to help a guy I didnt even know. And have spent personal time on the weekend talking to guys who got scammed who needed help just because he pm'd me.

Not a mod, just a guy who spends his personal extra time trying to help some guys I dont even know. There are a bunch of us on here.
