If you want to stay local Arnold is very good, if you want to send them somewhere somewhat near APD is a good choice. If you want to send further Chad Speier is good. You may also look into a good valve job there is hp to be had there also.
I can not help on price as its been years sense I've had to have a port job done. |
Head Porting
I think CFM in Indianapolis knows those heads pretty well. Mike Stark.

CFM has their prices listed on their website.Looks pretty reasonble to me.

Mike I just talked to jerry Arnold 2 week ago and said he’s slow right now. I am taking my intake up to him this weekend for a clean up and port match job.
Bottom line is I have never heard any thing bad about jerry  :!: http://www.arnoldcylinderheads.com/ Jerry Arnold Kalamazoo 49006 [email protected] 269.382.3375 |
Thanks guys for the input. They are at Jerry Arnolds now should have them back by the end of the month.

Mike what are you hoping to see for ET this year?
I just want to see 9. anything best I could get last year was 10.02 :( |
Well Joe, I'd like to see 9.20's in the heat and 9 teens maybe even 9.0's in the spring and fall when our air is good.
Had some good news from Jerry today that he found room for some real improvement. Should see the before and after #'s next week. Keeping my fingers crossed. |
