I wouldn't either....cause I am too poor. :) Average Accepted Sale Price: $37,068.18 |

Holy honor payments batman, This guy needs to be the poster boy for RJ,
Humble, honest and fair, you can't beat that with a stick.... |
One thing to point out though...I understand the thinking about buying from someone that doesn't make honor payments...but it doesn't necessarily mean you are dishonest...
I have never made an honor payment. I have also never advertised bought or sold anything on here either, although I've been a member for a couple of years....so if I put up an ad today, it would show 2 years of membership with 0 payments. I found the forum from a google search of a question I had about heads. Are honor payments only for selling or is it customary to pay just for using the site? If it is I have no problem with it, I just didn't know. |
:D I'm with you Tod,,,I have been here 6 years , no honor payments , I did put my dragster on here one time , but got no real bites..I enjoy looking at the adds and reading the forum , if I need to pay a little something , I would have no problem either , I know it looks bad , 6 years no honor pays , but I never sold anything to make a payment on , I do like to think of myself as honest , I am x deputy sheriff and retired firefighter ...but back to the guy we were talking about , W O W , I couldn't afford to buy his honor payments much less one of his cars :D

Tod, honor payments are mainly if you sell. To make you a gold seller they ask you to make a payment of 1% of the selling price. I see a lot of people that pay club memberships don't make honor payments but some do. It's totally up to you. But I think 1% is dirt cheap to advertise.JMO
