I would look at Dart iron heads, the casting quality overall is better than World. The runner finish will be much better as well. 200 or 215 is fine, but I have run 8.60's and 70's in my old hardtail with 200cc heads on a 406.

I had a Weiand on a street car once and it performed better overall in both driveability, and streetability when I swapped it out to a Victor, JR with a 2 inch open spacer.
