496 cam help

Looking for for help on choosing a cam for my 496 bbc pump gas motor. I will be bracket racing this motor so I will be looking for consistency and it will also see minimal street time. The car is a 79 camaro at about 3800 pounds and will probably using a turbo 400 as suggested by the members on this site. The rear end and converter have not been chosen so any suggestions would be helpful. Cal-tracs are an option. I would like to run a solid roller cam in this motor. I have a super victor intake set up for a dominater and a set of brodix -2 fully ported and angle machined to 115cc with 2.300 intake and 1.88 ex. Intake flow is 375 at 700 lift and declines in flow above 700. In take volume is 350cc. I know these heads a large for this motor but I already own them . The compression ratio is around 10.75-1. Thanks Mike
